Modern stack, layered security, observability from day one. RLS in the database, audit log in the admin, security headers everywhere. Code that lasts.

No empty buzzwords
Direct, technical, confident tone. If AI doesn't solve it, we say so. If it does, we show how. The client knows exactly what they are buying, and what they aren't.

Measurable results
Every delivery has a success metric defined before the first commit. Flows automated per hour, tickets resolved without humans, latency below X. A number, not a promise.
