What does JCrave do?

JCrave is a Brazilian technology company delivering applied AI, automation, systems, corporate sites, BI and AI-assisted customer service for real operations. We work across integrated technical fronts and as applied consulting when the client needs hands-on support with the internal team.

Do you serve clients outside Brazil?

Yes. We are based in Brazil with active service in Brazil, the United States and Portugal. We operate remotely in time zones compatible with each region, in Portuguese or English.

How does the engagement process work?

Initial 30-minute conversation to understand the challenge. Within 1 business day we reply with next steps, or honestly tell you we are not the best fit. When there is fit, we move to a proposal with scope, timeline, price and success metrics defined before the first commit.

What is the difference between applied consulting and training?

Training teaches concepts in a classroom. Applied consulting supports the client's internal squad in the real context of operations: technical diagnosis, documented plan, mentoring and hands-on follow-up until the team is autonomous. Common in oil & gas, energy and industry.

Do you deliver open or closed source code?

All code delivered to the client belongs to the client. The client receives the repository, technical documentation and the right to modify, maintain or switch vendors. We do not work with artificial vendor lock-in.

How long does a typical project take?

Depends on scope. Corporate sites between 3 and 6 weeks. Custom systems and dashboards 6 to 16 weeks. AI implementations integrated to ERP/CRM 4 to 12 weeks. Initial diagnosis is always fast, typically 1 to 2 weeks.

How does post-delivery support work?

Every delivery comes with a warranty period. After that, we offer monthly support contracts with documented SLA for bug fixes, active monitoring and small improvements. The client can also take the project and maintain it internally at any time.

Are you an official Meta partner?

Yes, we are a Tech Provider Meta. This means we integrate WhatsApp Business via the official API, with all the stability, scale and compliance the official API guarantees, without depending on unofficial solutions subject to banning.

How do you measure the result of an AI project?

We define success metrics before the first commit. Examples: flows automated per hour, tickets resolved without humans, latency below X, cost per agent execution, citation rate by LLM. Concrete numbers, not subjective promises.

Do you handle security and data protection in delivered systems?

Yes, by default. Role-based access, audit logging, data encrypted in transit and at rest, export and deletion mechanisms upon data subject request, security headers, RLS in the database. LGPD compliance is not an extra, it is how we build.
