JCrave is a technology company providing applied AI, automation, systems, sites and portals, BI, customer service and consulting. Details about each front are on the Solutions page.

All site content (text, images, visual identity, code) is owned by JCrave or licensed for use. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

• Do not perform reverse engineering, abusive scraping or attacks
• Do not send malicious, offensive or rights-infringing content

Specific conditions of each project (scope, timeline, price, deliverables, warranties) are defined in commercial proposal and dedicated contract. These Terms of Use govern only the use of the institutional site.

The site is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.

Personal data processing follows the Privacy Policy and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the court of JCrave's headquarters jurisdiction, unless specifically agreed otherwise in contract.
